Nick Nickolas is English born, Australian based, Magician/Comedian/Variety Performer who has performed to all classes of society worldwide for over 20 years.
His extraordinary talents have found him headlining at comedy clubs, rock concerts and festivals. Nick Nickolas can also be found spreading laughter during elegant corporate events across the globe.
He’s available as an MC, support act or as a feature comedian/magician.
It was 1979/80 when Nick Nickolas met Jack Delvin at an old tramshed in Woolwich S.E. London. Converted into a venue the ‘shed’ had a bar,a stage, punters and lights. Jack was performing magic shows there every Saturday.
Nick had already started to learn a few magic tricks and spin a few sleights, plucking up some courage Nick went to talk to Jack after the show..
“Would you like to come up and do 10mins next week I am here for a couple of months?”
Jack asked .
Well there it was Nick Nickolas had a gig every Saturday and Jack had a pupil.... Some of Nicks magic buddies joined the gang in the weeks to come, consequently Jack formed the London School of Magic..
Meeting every Wednesday in South London Nick was always the first to arrive and the last to leave, eager to learn new tricks.
One of his mates had a sculpture father who sold his wares at Covent Garden, the hub of Street entertainers and Buskers in London, Nick was to find out when he went uptown to visit him.
A week later Nick Nickolas was out on the cobbles with a set of linking rings, a head chopper and a little red hanky...
